Key Focus Areas: Strategic & Corporate Governance: Leading the global strategy process and organizing top-management and Supervisory Board meetings. M&A & Business Growth: Driving M&A due diligence, establishing international Joint Ventures, and developing business unit strategies. Team & Transformation: Disciplinary leadership of the Strategy Project Management team and acting as PMO for a group-wide transformation program, including major strategic projects like carve-outs and improving competitiveness.
During my sabbatical, I fulfilled a lifelong dream by traveling the world. I gained invaluable cultural experiences in over 20 countries across all continents, broadening my global perspective and enhancing my adaptability and intercultural communication skills.
At Berylls Strategy Advisors, the leading automotive consulting boutique focused on C-level advisory, I specialized in consulting OEMs across Europe. My responsibilities included driving reorganization projects, steering the turnaround program for a luxury OEM as the PMO, developing product and portfolio strategies, conducting market analyses and scenarios, and shaping the corporate strategy for a multi-brand performance OEM.
During the final stages of my Master's studies, I gained my first experiences as a young professional in the Corporate Strategy team within the COO Office at Bosch Siemens Home Appliances. I actively supported the strategic process, conducted portfolio analyses, and prepared and facilitated workshops with the board to update the company's strategy in line with the strategic process.
As an intern at Porsche Consulting, I gained my initial experiences in management consulting and project management. I worked on projects with two different OEMs, contributing to the revision of the logistics concept. Additionally, I standardized the launch management processes of four OEMs into a central and cross-company launch management blueprint.
