Communication shapes how we think, decide, and act. Yet much of it is still driven by output instead of intent. More content is being produced than ever before, but not necessarily more impact. I work at the intersection of communication, strategy, and execution, connecting people and ideas to make communication more strategic, structured, and effective. With more than 20 years of experience in media, communication, and newsroom management, including leading newsroom roles at Sport1, I bring a background in editorial thinking, strategy, and execution, shaped by my journalistic roots. Today, as Director Strategic Communications at Scompler, I focus on how communication can move beyond content production towards clarity, orientation, and impact. In my work, I explore how communication can take on a more strategic role in increasingly complex environments and share these perspectives as a speaker and moderator. Focus areas: - Moving communication from output to impact - Bringing clarity and orientation into complex environments - Connecting storytelling with strategy - Strengthening the strategic role of communicators The world doesn't need more content. It needs better communication.
