I’m a passionate and dedicated individual that highly values integrity. I thrive at the intersection of innovation, business, leadership and technology - with a focus on cyber security. With a deeply technical and operational background, I’ve experienced the challenges and pain in cybersecurity for years myself as an ethical hacker and as a defender. Now, I contribute to solving some of these challenges through highly innovative technology, having joined Darktrace when we had 100 employees and supported it through its private phase, IPO and now post-IPO period. My skillset is very broad. I might be explaining Artificial Intelligence to a general audience on television, work on a launch strategy for a new product and then support a sales conversation with a Fortune 100 company - all on the same day. One day I’m in the boardroom, working on strategy and technology roadmaps, the next day I’m deeply involved with the data science team to apply new machine learning methods to threat detection models. My driving force is ‘getting behind’ a solution or business: If I know that the solution or business truly solves a problem - it moves the needle - then I will be its strongest advocate. This passion is infectious. I love mentoring & coaching people and am always supporting talent and motivated people in the industry, inside my company but also outside of it.
