Hello, I am Max (he/him) - a committed uphill athlete passionate about products, purposeful brands, and responsible business practices, not bound by convention. After spending some years living abroad in the Nordics, the Netherlands, and Austria, a.o. working for Patagonia, I’m currently based in Munich, where I find myself working for Haglöfs - a special place that not only shares my name but also challenges me to grow every day and inspires me to pursue my personal goal - to be in business to save our home planet. Over the years, I have gained extensive product knowledge from various perspectives. My aim is to fill gaps between Product, WHS, Marketing, and DTC in order to build strategies collaboratively. Why? I strongly believe that only together can we achieve meaningful change and success if we show understanding and start talking about the same things whilst reacting fast, and stay true to our cores.
