As a dedicated impact entrepreneur, I lead each One, a mission-driven company which implements 360° education to employment programs, dedicated to newcomers and refugees, that turn inclusion into a simple and value creating experience for companies. As an impact company, each One is fully dedicated to provide a pragmatic and inclusive solution in order to enable refugees to fulfill their potential in host society while making the integration of newcomers an opportunity of value creation for each and everyone. Since its launch, each One has enabled +2500 refugees to find a job up to their expectations and engaged 30+ big companies and a community of 29000+ citizens. WERO est le premier cabinet de recrutement spécialisé dans le placement des personnes réfugiées, pour les entreprises cherchant des talents d’ailleurs qu’elles ne trouveront pas ailleurs. WERO se positionne comme un HUB pour l'emploi connectant les demandes des personnes réfugiées aux besoins des entreprises souhaitant diversifier leur recrutement ou trouver des personnes mobiles, motivées, engagées, et interculturelles leur permettant de concrétiser leur projets de recrutement jugés difficiles, en tension (notamment dans les bassins d’emploi victimes de pénuries de talents). WERO a une particularité : ce n’est pas seulement un cabinet de recrutement spécialisé, c’est aussi une solution pour l’Etat, les organisations et opérateurs du logement accompagnant ou hébergeant des personnes réfugiées.
