• Collaborated with a Carnegie Mellon research team to analyze lattice structures in additive manufacturing, contributing to two published papers. Compared multiple lattice-design software tools using standardized mechanical components to provide an objective performance assessment. • Led empirical research applying machine-learning methods to evaluate how multi-lattice components behave under compression. Helped generate insights to guide future design choices and improve AM component performance.
• Worked as an R&D mechanical engineer on a project to design and manufacture a self-landing rocket. Used advanced SolidWorks modeling and Python-based simulations to support component design and system validation.
