Mission within the Mex Futura Project aiming to transform BOBST Mex SA, a global leader in the packaging industry, with leaner processes and overall enhanced productivity. Logistics project ensuring the "on time in full" delivering of parts for optimized production and proper integration of a new "takted" assembly line. Focus on material flows and organisational restructuring relying on lean management approaches. Specific achievements: • Led a 7 months Lean Management project to reduce waste in production processes • Reduced product lead time from 16 weeks to 10 weeks by implementing a Takt-centered flow • Coordinated efforts with effective communication to align departments and production units • Fostered interpersonal relationships with coworkers and external suppliers in a multi-lingual setting
