Director of Quality for AOS “Our Mission is to ensure Customer satisfaction (incl. On Time delivery), Quality of final product (On Quality delivery) and Traceability/Conformity of products and operations.” The Quality team in Toulouse and in Florida is interacting with all the Company operational domains: Programs, for Product Assurance activities, support during Program Reviews, Configurations and Changes management, Non Conformances and Deviations management; Engineering, for Products and Processes qualification, Expertise in EEE parts, Material and Processes, Radiations and RAMS (reliability and safety); Supply Chain, for Supplier Development, Processes and Products quality; Production and Logistics, for Quality in FAL, Quality Inspections, AIT NC management and Conformity reviews; In-Orbit Operations, for In-Orbit anomalies investigation. The Quality team is also in charge of Documentation management and the Quality Director is assigned by CEO to ensure the efficiency of the AOS Quality Management System (QMS) and maintain the AS9100 Certification.
