Biomedical Engineering & Hardware-Software Integration | Graduating PhD researcher @ KU Leuven | 2 years of consulting experience | Target roles: Technical Project Management, Business Development, Consultancy

Leuven, Flemish Region, Belgium

About

I combine 5 years of research in Biomedical Engineering and Optical Imaging with 2 years of Business Consulting experience, integrating a strong technical background with competence in project coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional delivery. During my PhD, I have developed advanced optical imaging solutions (hardware and software) for biomedical applications. I work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to transform experimental data into functional workflows, scalable processes, and prototypes. I recently completed the 'Foundations of Business Development' executive program (Flanders Business School) to further bridge my technical skills with a strategic commercial perspective. Transitioning from academia to industry, I am seeking Consulting, Technical Project Management, or Business Development roles in the MedTech and high-tech sectors in Belgium (Flanders or Leuven area). I look forward to applying my technical expertise, data-driven problem-solving, and project leadership skills to drive business value and product innovation.
