• Market validation for new services with potential users in Banks and Insurance Companies (С-level managers, Head of Risk management Departments, Head of Anti-Fraud and Methodology Departments) • Proof of Concept projects management for new services: - NDA, contracts preparation and approval; - Work out with experts the business and technical requirements, data models and rules for high-risk identification; - Work with contractor about software development and commissioning (milestones control, risks, quality inspection, etc); - Results analysis, business cases preparation and presentation to the participants. • Project management of launching new services to the market: - Control of the Contractor in accordance with the approved schedule, business and technical requirements; - Sales materials preparation, trainings for employees involved in the sales process; - Tariff policy preparation and approval with the Board of Directors; - Contracts preparation for the new services (for end-users, for partners, for agents); - PR in the mass media. • Management of sales projects through agents: - Business case development, the scheme of cooperation development and approval; - Technical integration for systems of agent and principal; - Procedures development for joint participation in public procurement; - Regular inspections, optimizations, trainings for project team and agents. • Management of projects with complex integration (20+ banks at the same time);
• Presales Support (RFP, WBS, Project Implementation Plan and Training Proposal preparation, Cost calculation, Responsibility Matrix, Maintenance Service Proposal, etc) • Interworking with Product Technical Sales, Key Account Department, RnD, Finance, Supply Chain and other departments regarding project strategy • Risks identification, calculation and mitigation, handle project issues, escalations • Service Purchase Order preparation, handshake and confirmation with customer, scope of work and progress control, acceptance, closure in time, payment control • Hardware delivery control (production according to specifications, customs clearance, delivery to site, logistics and installation management) • Software delivery control (FRS preparation, confirmation with customer, negotiation with R&D team, interworking with RDPM regarding software version release plan, work with customer regarding new requirements according to Change Control Procedure) • Performing costs and profit control • Customer relationship management (top and middle level managers, technical staff) and internal team (managers, R&D and engineers) • Regular project progress reporting to stakeholders, external and internal team members • Resource planning (interviewing new candidates, assigning KPI’s and tasks to team members, cross assignments with other projects) • Resource competence development (centralized training organization, knowledge sharing)
