SwitchBay handled 22K+ transactions, resulting in €0.5M+ in revenue (GMV). Funded by two serial entrepreneurs (undisclosed amount). Responsible for: strategy, funding, business development, metrics analysis and online marketing.
Venture capital arm of KPN, focused on growth stage investments in tech companies in cloud services, OTT services, data-centric applications, internet of things / smart home, e-health and e-security. Involved in multiple transactions from sourcing till closing (including business assessment, due diligence, negotiating & contracting).
