I'm Max, Founder and CEO of AIWorx.ai. I am a dedicated entrepreneur and innovator focused on bringing custom AI solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). At AIWorx.ai, my mission is to drive digital transformation by integrating advanced AI technology directly into the core processes of the Mittelstand. This creates immediate, tangible value by boosting efficiency and fueling innovation where it matters most. My journey is one of building and successfully scaling transformative businesses. Before AIWorx.ai, I co-founded the Less Waste Club, an impact venture that we built from scratch, fully bootstrapped, and successfully exited in 2024. This experience, combined with strategic roles in M&A and Business Development (e.g., at Red Bull and the EVAGO Group), informs my strategic outlook today. I leverage this blend of entrepreneurial drive and corporate strategy to translate technological vision into sustainable business growth.

With the Less Waste Club, we are tackling the global plastic problem in the FMCG sector. We develop innovative and sustainable solutions for everyday products. In 4 years we have managed to save over 100.000 single-use plastic bottles, protected 10,000 square meters of primeval forest and collected more than 3,000 Kg of waste from the environment through our community. Completely bootstrapped - Sold in 2024.
