Build, lead and develop the Operations Engineering team in the MENA region. Delivering capacity (conveyors + storage system) to new and existing fulfillment centers, sort centers, and delivery stations, from concept design to launch.
Project Manager: - Greenfield : Deliver intralogistic system and storage system for new Amazon Fullfilment centers in EU and Middle East (up to €70MM CAPEX / project). Ownership from end to end, including design, procurement, budgeting, engineering, execution, launch. - Buildout : Deliver complete capacity/expansion projects within live Amazon fulfillment centers in EU and Middle East (€2.5MM CAPEX / project). End to end ownership. Program Manager: - Lead the expansion program (39 buildout projects across 7 countries, over 2 years, €100MM CAPEX, 10 project managers) and report to the Leadership team. - Create MENA PMO cell and manage program (greenfield and buildout projects from $50k to >$100MM) covering end-to-end aspect of FC projects and reporting to seniors leadership. SME: - Act as Subject Matter Expert for MHE sorter technologies. Train new hires, advise peers, and lead EU-wide reliability action with mhe vendor and maintenance team. - Act as Technical Subject Matter Expert in MENA. Train and coach peers to Amazon standards in greenfield and buildout, leveraging best practices, and introducing world class engineering tools and processes in the region. - Lead the introduction of automation in Middle-East fulfillment centers from scratch. Change Manager: Create and manage Change Management process for greenfield projects under execution.
Program Manager for the nuclear safety of a plutonium-based fuel production plant (Melox). -Assist the Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation of 100+ risk management projects required by French nuclear authority - Create tools and kpi to monitor all projects, follow up with 30+ stakeholders to track deadlines and costs, report progress to leadership and nuclear authority - Deliver 14 projects (project management), within a production environment, related to fire risk management and processes change, from initiation to delivery (€0-200k CAPEX per project)
