I returned to United Heights FC to help coach younger groups of children (ages 4-9) on weekdays. I helped organize drills and scrimmages and supervised the children.
I completed volunteer work throughout different provinces of Costa Rica across two weeks: - Completed service projects at the San Gerardo Biological Research Station, working alongside park rangers on trail maintenance and other hands-on projects at the station and along nearby trails. - Completed small construction projects (sanding, painting, and refurbishing dilapidated structures and furniture) at a local primary school in the San Carlos region. Additionally shadowed students in their classrooms, taught English, and engaged in various exchange activities to meet locals and practice Spanish. - Continued similar construction projects and exchange activities at a nearby high school.
I coached at a youth summer soccer clinic for players of different levels aged 5-11. I organized drills, scrimmages, and other soccer-related activities alongside an experienced licensed U.S. youth soccer coach.
