Production Manager of the Air Liquide Rozenburg site which comprises of 3 Cogen-installations, 3 HYCO-production plants and a CO2-liquefier.
As a production manager at Nouryon (former AkzoNobel Industrial Chemicals), I was leading the operational team consisting of 10 direct reports (shift leaders, production coordinators, production engineer, gatekeeper and a production trainer) and 60 indirect reports (Shift operators and day-team operators). I was responsible for Safety, day to day plant operation, quality and OEE.
As a production engineer at Nouryon (former AkzoNobel Industrial Chemicals), I was responsible for day to day plant operation, optimization related to Safety, Quality, OEE and operational work processes, production planning (S&OP) and operational communication with customers. Other responsibilities where: operational contact to authorities and I acted as a functional leader/liaison to shift leaders, operators, production coordinators, process engineering, maintenance engineering and other disciplines.
Team leader of a production, maintenance and engineering crew supervising 50% of all Turn-Around activities (Chlorine and Caustic production units).
