About

I am currently researching Quantum Algorithms for Quantum Chemistry applications in the group of Dr. Ivano Tavernelli at the IBM Research Zurich Lab. This research constitutes part of my PhD studies which I pursue at the University of Zurich in the group of my academic advisor Prof. Jürg Hutter. My latest research is based on the work of my Master thesis which I wrote in Dr. Tavernelli's group on the "Development of a Hybrid Quantum-Classical Electronic Structure Approach for Quantum Computers". This thesis concluded my Master studies in Computational Science & Engineering at the ETH Zurich in 2020. Prior to my Master's degree I studied Chemistry and Computational Science & Engineering at the ETH Zurich since 2013, obtaining my Bachelor's degree in the latter in 2018.
