Embarking on my role as a Consultant at Wien IT, the IT services company of Wiener Stadtwerke Holding, I immersed myself in the dynamic energy industry landscape. My responsibilities spanned a spectrum of crucial tasks, beginning with the consulting and implementation of business requirements in the collection/disbursement environment, utilizing SAP FI-CA for our valued energy suppliers. Diving into the technical facets, I took charge of authorization management in SAP, SAP Script and Adobe SmartForms developments. Beyond the technical intricacies, I played a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition by planning and executing end-user training sessions.
Specialized in software consulting for the insurance sector. Notably, I led the groundbreaking SAP Bank Communication implementation, receiving the SAP Service Excellence Award in 2010. My role also encompassed project management and functional consulting for a pivotal customer-specific development project for SAP AG. Additionally, I took on both partial and overall project management roles, serving as an internal project manager at SAP. I played a key role in localizing SEPA in Austria, leading the establishment of a dedicated SEPA competence team. This collaborative effort involved key stakeholders, such as VIG, Telekom Austria, AUVA, and Stuzza. In my dual role as the Head of ERP Practice and Commercial Managing Director at Virtusa Austria GmbH, I spearheaded operational leadership for the SAP consulting team in the D-A-CH region and a nearshore team in Hungary. Played a dual role as the Interim Head of HR & Recruiting for the D-A-CH region and as a Project Manager. Project-wise, I provided crucial support in managing RFI/RFPs, oversaw the overall project management for a template-based rollout in an international insurance corporation, and actively contributed to pre-sales activities in the payment processing domain. Strategically developed recruiting in DACH, including the establishment of a robust recruiter network.
