I support (international) companies in complex transformation and integration programs. In many organizations, transformation initiatives focus primarily on technology or individual projects. In practice, however, the most critical challenges often arise at the intersection of organizational structure, governance, business processes and IT architecture. My work focuses on aligning these elements to create transformation architectures that are both strategically sound and practically implementable, considering also user impact and acceptance. Typical situations where I support companies include: • international growth and organizational scaling • integration of national organizations into international structures • process and system (e.g. ERP) harmonization across multiple countries • organizational restructuring and operating model alignment after ownership change (e.g. PMI, carve-out) My role is typically that of an independent transformation architect and senior advisor working alongside executive teams during complex change initiatives. With many years of experience in international environments, I combine organizational perspective, process expertise and a strong understanding of IT-enabled transformation. The objective is to create structures that allow transformation initiatives to succeed sustainably.
