I am an organic chemist, who gained his PhD in chemical sciences in December 2016. Since then I have been getting familiar with pharmaceutical industry, both in the quality and in the development field, working in project-based and result-oriented environments. During my higher education I gained experience in organic chemistry and in developing novel synthetic strategies. Thanks to my PhD and scout experience I found out to have an aptitude for taking responsibilities and for achieving shared goals in a team: I am doing my best to develop this skill and to apply it to my job. I believe in constant self-improvement through hard work and co-workers’ feedbacks.

Computer System Validation per aziende farmaceutiche autorizzate GxP (valutazione di data integrity e preparazione della documentazione). Revisione retrospettiva di dati analitici di controllo qualità.
Gestione di progetti di ricerca nel campo della sintesi asimmetrica, riportati in sei pubblicazioni su riviste scientifiche internazionali peer-reviewed. Assistenza agli studenti laureandidurante il loro lavoro di tesi sperimentale. Capacità Acquisite: - Esperienza in sintesi organica e tecniche di purificazione. - Esperienza nell'analisi di composti organici (NMR, HPLC, spettrometria di massa). - Capacità di gestire progetti e lavorare in squadra.
