- Responsible for material availability and bottleneck management of an assigned product portfolio for drug substance production, taking into account the expiration dates and procurement lead times - Evaluation of planning scenarios, by considering the supplier plan delivery times and existing or future material availability - Responsible for planning, placing orders and monitoring deadlines in direct purchasing responsibility and for an optimal inventory management
- Management of product life-cycle project activities for assigned brands, customers and suppliers, such as coordination of change requests for labeling text and layout changes - Management of order-to-invoice cycle and supply planning for distribution, contract manufacturing and tolling processes. - Point of contact for Bayer affiliates, external customers and suppliers for the supply process of finished goods and bulk and API material.
- Within Supplier Relationship Teams drive detailed planning, scheduling and order management to assure agreed delivery performance level to Novartis Affiliates - Develop and manage the relationship with External Suppliers and to customers for all supply related matters, such as demand/supply planning and analysis and order management to guarantee high customers service levels including stock management for free of charge components
