I am an experienced human resources executive with a 10 years career background formed within the relocations / logistics sector. In my earlier years I am fortunate to be able to explore in different aspects like facilities management and general management these experiences offered me a unique set of challenges but at the same time built up my people management skills in consideration of different business angles. I have worked on everything from calculating payroll to developing employee engagement programme, working alongside freshly graduated new hires, international high potentials and respected veterans within the company. My work builds company brand and supports people in hitting their target from human resources perspectives. I share best practice and content while building strong, understanding relationships with teams internally and with partners externally. I starts my day with a cup of tea in order to maintain my optimum caffeine levels and I exercises whenever I have time which I’ve found very helpful as I move along the path of engaging people & helping them to become successful in their own field.
