End-to-end responsible (IT, Network, and Business aspects) for B2B projects/programs from initiation to go-to-market, including phases such as requirements definition, early studies, software design, integration, verification, and business readiness for large, complex, and strategically important projects, such as: - VoLTE for Enterprise Services – both Network Core and IT part - GT Fixed – Technology part (Fixed services for Vereniging van Nederlandse Gemeenten) - HFC Fast Track – The first joint venture project, delivering Vodafone services over Ziggo Coax - One Net Enterprise, Vodafone's Unified Comms Service - Including the first commercial Unify BSS release
Enabling the introduction of ASML’s new EUV lithography system to the global service organization. This includes on-time delivery of spare-parts, tools, maintenance procedures, training and means & methods for rapidly diagnosing and repairing problems in the system.
