As Manager Accounting & Control I was accountable for leading the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable department, including cash flow management and financial reporting (total 7 FTE). Indirectly, I supervised serval shared service centers in both Hungary and India.
In 2006, I set up and implemented the Operations Planning & Control department, this division is responsible for budget monitoring and capacity planning of qualified warehouse/productions staff (1000-1500 FTE daily), material handling equipment and storage locations (about 150,000-200,000 M2)
Armada Signs was specialized in illuminated signs (LED and neon) and sheet metal products. As Manager Planning & Control I was accountable for reliable management reports, capacity planning and budget control of three productions sites.
During my career as Manager Bedrijfsbureau I was responsible for the daily management of the Graphic Design, Engineering, Calculation and Planning department (17 FTE)).
Coordinate and facilitate the merger of three companies. During this project, Connecting Signmakers, I was responsible for the alignment, blueprint and implementation phase together with a team of external consultants. My specific focus was to monitor and coach on the progress of the Sales & Marketing and Servicing department.
Aerofilm Systems is specialized in air cushion handling systems. I was responsible for sales and technical advice in both the Netherlands and Germany.
Machinefabriek Moors is specialized in the development, manufacturing and installation of production machines (including food, non-woven industry) for special applications. In 1995, I have set up the R&D/Engineering department. Later on, I became accountable for the technical consultancy, development and cost estimates.
