- Line manager responsible of team of Opto-Mechanical designers Focus on developing competences of teams and individual team members. - Responsible for quality and timing of design deliverables of multi-disciplinary project team, where safe/agile meets waterfall project management.
Responsible for the ASML Mechanical development outsourced (Farmout) design activities landscape. Maintaining and developing relations with ASML's design supplier base to meet ASML short and long term Mechanical development design demand. Focus on building the framework for design suppliers (co-developers) to fit into the ASML design environment.
Responsible for quality and timing of deliverables of team Mechanical designers. Focus on developing competences of teams and individueal teammembers. Project responsible for outsourcing of HW modules.
