My main interest is related to technical solutions. I can be described as a Supporting Coach who is consistent and forward thinking. My motivation increases in environments working with concepts and the chance to be creative. As a Team Leader I am flexible and open for arguments to provide service that adds value. As a Testing Architect I try to gather information and use statistical tools to make on data based decisions. Specialities: - Six Sigma: Green Belt certified by Braincenter, Black Belt for Industry theory exam at University of Amsterdam (December 2015: 9). Software: Minitab - Mechanical Engineering: Construction Principles - Database & Webdesign: HTML, PHP, SQL, Javascript Key strengths: Analytical, Supportive
Test & Measurement Facilities (TMF) supports projects within D&E with mechanical related tests and measurements on sub-modules/assemblies and parts As a Team Leader I coach coordinators and architects within TMF on hard and soft skills. I am responsible for the design of the processes within the group (including a Lab Identity) and development of the administration tools. As an Test Architect I developped a Basic and Advanced Course for Measurement System Analysis.
As flex employee started as Mechanical Engineer within the Immersion Hood Project mainly focussing on development of tools to support development investigations and production. In the summer 2008 I started in the group responsible for the Standardization of Outgas Qualifications for EUV. Main achievement was a system to centralize measurement data to make measurement reports and enable investigations over the qualifiaction part population. Halfway 2010 I got the opportunity to join Test & Measurement Facilities (TMF). As a Test Engineer I was responsible for the definition, execution and reporting of tests requested by the projects. In time the group grow and I moved to a coordination role for up to 80 tests running in paralel. For this I developped an administration tool based on a webserver and a database connection. April 2006 - December 2006 (9 months): Basic Engineering January 2007 - July 2010 (3 years 7 months): Braincenter (Name change due to acquisition of LG) July 2010 - July 2012 (2 years 1 month): NTS Development Support (Acquisition due to bankruptcy of Braincenter)
As mechanical Engineer I started with the developped a unit to measure the diameter of the sawing blade. The unique combination of measuring the diameter, detect breakage of the blade and height adjustment was patented by the company. Another achievement was the mechanical development of a new module to inspect the top of the chips after sawing. Combining the expertise from software, dynamics and electronics resulted in a simple and reliable module. Due to reorganisations the name of the company has changed over time: July 2003 - June 2004 (1 year): KP&T Projectadvies (Trial Period) July 2003 - October 2003 (3 months): MECO Equipment Engineers November 2003 - September 2005 (1 year 11 months): BESI Singulation October 2005 - March 2006 (6 months): Fico Singulation
