Our Company Sponsored Employee Programs include: Next Generation and Affinity Groups We work with groups of employees finding it difficult to receive guidance from more experienced colleagues or observe the behaviors and habits of more senior people due to remote work. Senior Leadership Teams We work with Senior Leadership teams that could be working more effectively through better communication and a shared vision. Emerging Leaders We work with employees who are moving from a high performing individual contributor position to leading a team requiring a new set of skills. New Hires We work with new hires to help them navigate a new organization and the challenges of building relationships in their new role and company. Team Offsite Participants We attend team offsite meetings to provide speed coaching to align individual goals with the team goals.
