Worked as a Senior Consultant within the Data, AI and Automation practice. Assisting clients with utilizing emerging technology such as cloud, data analytics, AI and visualization tools to improve and gain insight into their business working on projects such as: • Data Analysis, Enablement and reporting- Worked as a BSA (Business Systems Analyst) as part of an agile squad to enable reporting for pricing, sales and inventory. Performed analysis on data sources, UAT, met with stakeholders to document requirements and translate into stories for the team to execute, worked with developers to implement requirements and with product manager to manage timelines for delivery. • Building out a Report Certification Framework for Enterprise Data Management – Worked with Enterprise Data Management to define a framework to certify reports at an enterprise level for developing report consistency, increasing availability of trusted information and establishing a certification process to support agile and reliable report development. Worked with key stakeholders in Product, Demand and Supply Management and Point of Sale to refine framework based on input and pilot relevant reports or dashboards in addition to creating an inventory of reports. • Data Analytics and Reporting for Targeted Communications related to email, web and mobile app usage – Worked within the Targeted Communications team to handle analytics intakes surrounding email marketing, membership, web and app data. The engagement involved generating reports, creating dashboards and deep dives to investigate issues within Email Marketing, App, membership and web data. Used a variety of tools including Hive, Impala, Hue, Athena, EMR instances and Tableau. Wrote SQL scripts for data pulls related to deep dives, dashboard input, ad-hoc analysis and periodic reporting. Created and provided inputs to derive insights from data to present to business stakeholders.
•Created a Business Plan for the migration and redesign of the Customer Care SharePoint Site from SP 2007 to 2010 •The Business plan included redesigned templates for process documentation, Department Homepages and other sub-sites under Customer Care. It also included a plan for migration, content and backend organization, usage of metadata and taxonomy as well as a workflow for managing change requests.
