Greetings! My name is Maulik Mishra currently pursuing my BBA-LLB(Hons.) from University School of Law and Legal Studies(USLLS), Main campus law school of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka. I would like to make my career in the corporate sector of the legal profession. I also have aspirations of further increasing my legal credentials by pursuing an LLM. I would appreciate the opportunities to work as interns in various organizations to develop an experiential learning of the law and have a taste of the real world practice of the law.
Initiated correspondence with alumni and firms to find internship opportunities. Took part in organizing three cell events.
Anchored several events as part of the Anchoring team of the club such as orientations, Annual Fests etc.
Wrote reports for all events conducted by the center. Conducted research of all the varying themes for the events that needed to be conducted. Researched and vetted guests and lecturers for events.
Drafted dismissal of suit application. Attended multiple court proceeding including High court and NCDRC Drafted deletion of party application. Drafted an MoU to settle a case. Filled an HMA divorce case and a Maintenance case.
