My experience includes: • Full P&L ownership (up to €130M revenue / €700M cost base) • Greenfield development and industrial platform build-up • Turnaround and performance recovery in constrained environments • CAPEX structuring and execution (up to €46M+) • Multi-site and multi-country leadership I operate at the interface between infrastructure, industrial services and energy-driven environments, with strong exposure to regulated and multi-stakeholder ecosystems. Currently: building and scaling a new industrial platform within Neptune Group (ports / infrastructure / energy interface).
