I am a materials scientist and transdisciplinary educator specializing in sustainable energy systems. With over 20 years of experience in research and analysis, I focus on advancing technologies for energy generation, conversion, and storage to support the green energy transformation. Committed to integrating knowledge across disciplines and domains, I find a shift from the “element-focused” research towards “system-oriented” perspectives particularly compelling. I enjoy expanding disciplinary boundaries and applying strategic, analytical and systems thinking to explore new thematic fields and connect seemingly disparate ideas & phenomena. ● I am a self-challenging academic with strong interest in development of applied science research, as proven by numerous international and national industry-oriented projects, which I managed or joined as a participant ● I'm a forward-thinker particularly enjoying collaborations in multidisciplinary environments; talented communicator and teacher as demonstrated by numerous presentations, talks, seminars and courses targeting various audience ● As a crystallographer with strong competence in characterization of energy conversion and storage materials with X-ray/neutron diffraction techniques, I also have extensive experience in application of these methods in cross-disciplinary projects, as proven by co-authored scientific papers on structural/microstructural properties of solid-state energy stores, batteries, magnetic and thermoelectric materials. ● I'm also a well-organized individual with broad expertise in data processing/analysis/interpretation & ability to integrate crossdisciplinary quantitative information in various technological contexts
