Working for the Mayors Office in the Municipality of Aarhus gives me great pleasure, hence I can influence on the attraction and growth of businesses in Aarhus and the growing of Business Region Aarhus. Besides bridging the gap between business and politics, my main experience is as trouble shooter, process consultant, network facilitator, business developer and advisor, management consultant, project manager and working with organizational HR challenges as coach and advisor. I have gained a lot of experience within the ICT industry, production industry, the medical industry, training doctors and staff in management and within the public sector in all levels. Before working for the municipality of Aarhus, I was responsible for managing, coordinating, hiring, negociating and documenting one of the largest Innovation projects ever for the Danish Region Midtjylland - working with politicians, officials, interest organisations and privately held companies and exchanging Innovative knowledge within ICT in cooperation with the European Interreg IV, Exchange program. Being certified as NLP Practicioner, HNLP Practitioner and Coach, I have spend several hundreds of hours coaching clients within Business- and executive coaching. I primarely coach Executive level. I also have a lot of experience with Teambuilding and outdoor training, working as a professional instructor for teambuilding companies in Scandinavia as well as for my own company. My goal is to deliver good, honest and respectfull management and support for business development. As BusinessPartner at AS3 Outplacement I have worked with Job Transition Management, Stresscoaching and healthcare. I have provided JTM coaching and seminars for several large companies in Denmark as well in England and Scotland.
