Matt Magaña is the president of Space, Defense & National Security at Voyager Technologies. He plays a critical role in enhancing Voyager’s efforts to support space defense and national security programs for the U.S. government and its allies. Previously, Magaña served as the president and CEO of Blue Canyon Technologies, where he spearheaded innovative spacecraft and component solutions that expanded access to space. His leadership reduced barriers to entry into the space economy, delivering thousands of spacecraft and components for cutting-edge commercial and government space missions. Prior to BCT, Magaña served as vice president of Space Systems at RTX (formerly Raytheon Technologies), There he was responsible for overseeing a diverse billion-dollar portfolio of advanced technologies, including electro-optical, infrared, laser and radar systems critical to defense and space operations. Magaña's career focus is helping to shape the aerospace and defense sector, working with customers across civil space, the Department of Defense, Intelligence Agencies and commercial and international markets.
