In my past life I used to be an mechatronics engineer with a passion for real estate and property development, and now I help smart engineers (and others) secure their dream homes and wealth through property investments. After a successful 16 year-long engineering career, I have taken this leap to apply my skills in the competitive world of real-estate. Purchasing a home is an overwhelming process; depending on an agent and navigating the constantly developing real estate market can be time-consuming, exhausting and expensive. My expertise comes from a background in research and analysis as an engineer. I apply these principles to market trends to find meaningful insights for home buyers, empowering my clients to make decisions supported by a deep understanding of the market and the nitty-gritty. Purchasing Nationally, primarily residential investment properties with a view towards manufactured growth and development potential Sourcing residential properties for clients Briefing Agent Relations on specific client requirements to assist in sourcing Match properties to clients based on their specific goals/ strategy Write property report: includes cashflow modelling, research on area specifics, development feasibility, CoreLogic price checking, flood mapping, checking easements etc Present properties to clients highlighting the unique benefits of that property and how it fits into their current portfolio and overall strategy Liaising with clients to assist in their decision making, troubleshooting any queries they may have Assist with write ups and due diligence Discussions with B&P reports with inspectors and clients and negotiate a price reduction with the agent if appropriate Negotiating with agents on behalf of clients Draft and send purchasing offers to agents Build and maintain client relationships Booking B&P reports Check client details (purchasing entity, contact details etc) Send contract and important dates to client, along with an introduction to the settlements team Liaise with agent, conveyancer and client on timely signing of contract Managing clients through the settlement process Assist client with selection of ongoing property management Management of staff members
