Daarnaast ben ik verantwoordelijk voor onze interne data- en AI-infrastructuur en -strategie. Ik heb een MSc in Business Information Management met een specialisatie in Data Science behaald aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. Met een focus op technologische innovatie en strategie leid ik projecten waarin ik mijn expertise en ervaring inzet. As a board member and the Director of IT & Events at ECE Students, I am responsible for overseeing all IT-related tasks and events organized on behalf of the organization. I also lead my committee in these efforts. "ECE Students is Erasmus University Rotterdam’s official entrepreneurial association. Since our establishment in 2013, our mission has been to provide an environment that unites a diverse group of people and empowers them to take entrepreneurial action. We aim to spread entrepreneurial values and cultivate an innovative mindset among students."
My research focus was on how blockchain technology can enhance cybersecurity for Small-medium Enterprises (SMEs). I examined the decentralized features of blockchain and the potential benefits of smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps) for safeguarding a company's assets. My main research method was a multiple case study research, using a qualitative approach with some quantitative elements. I performed data analysis using R, a programming language for statistical computing.
"Verrasdag.nl was founded during the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to encourage local travel and support small businesses in the Netherlands. Our concept revolves around offering surprise day trips, complete with customizable activities, dining options, and overnight accommodations. As a member of the team, my main responsibilities include overall strategy, website development, and marketing efforts. Our goal is to provide a unique and exciting way for Dutch people to discover their own country while supporting local entrepreneurs."
As a management trainee, you have an overview of the course of events on the floor. You bear responsibility for the crew, try to achieve goals and delegate to make daily tasks run as smoothly as possible. Besides that, as a trainee I learning everyday about my responsibilities tasks as a manager.
As a Crew Trainer at McDonalds, you are responsible for inducting new staff and teaching new things to existing staff. In addition, you are the manager's right hand and ensure that all your duties are carried out.
As a crew member, you will work in the production of McDonalds. In addition to working hard, you are also expected to take initiative to provide memorable experiences in the restaurant.
