Example of projects where he has been involved: • Designed a new organisational model to enable AI adoption at a railway company, including use-case domains, lifecycle processes, and governance • Designed and implemented an AI tool using large language models (LLMs) to help construction companies draft high-quality tender responses more efficiently. The tool analyzes historical winning bids to generate tailored, compelling content, increasing the chances of success. It streamlines the proposal process, ensures consistency, and strengthens the strategic positioning of responses.
Example of projects where he has been involved: • Developed a predictive maintenance solution for a major oil company to minimize unplanned downtime and improve asset reliability. Utilized time-series sensor data and maintenance records to train Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) models capable of forecasting equipment failures in advance. The solution enabled timely interventions, reduced operational disruptions, and optimized maintenance planning • Played a key role in a high-impact public sector initiative focused on compensating civilians affected by administrative failures. Applied a structured, detail-oriented approach to ensure citizens received accurate, transparent communication and fair financial compensation
