During my internship, I was responsible for: Allotment Management: Managing the release and communication of flight allotments. Audits & Quality Control: Monitoring TUI's booking systems to prevent overbookings. Stakeholder Communication: Coordinating with internal departments and partners like Transavia and Malta Airlines. Capacity Adjustments: Processing capacity changes and incidental purchasing. Flight Registration: Registering and opening flights for booking using Amadeus.
