Leading the supply tribe at Back Market. The supply tribe is made of 3 squads aiming at delivering capabilities (back office, APIs, support center, custom integration) for the sellers on the Back Market to supply the market place with their stocks and products. As such my role is to define and steer initiatives execution of the overall group of teams in line with the company objectives In this role I manage the 3 managers of the 3 teams and 2 staff engineers acting with transversal role so around 30 people.

Within digital and e-commerce department, responsible for speeding up digitalization - set up of API factory team (15 people), across all AF/KL sites (Toulouse, Amsterdam, Paris, Sophia Antipolis) in charge of developing APIs on behalf of all domains (cargo, marketing, ground services, e-commerce, flight operations,...) - evangelist of APIs across all entities of Air France/KLM - move from Kanban & Scrum to SAFe - harmonization of technical stacks and tooling across all departments - implementation of devops for APIs (provisioning of servers, self-service to live, real time monitoring and support chain)
