- Define, write and update flight operations manuals in line with program milestones taking into account operational and military specificities - Manage & dispatch customer operational queries (~260 queries/year) - ECAM customisation tool trainer for A400M customers - LEAN focal point: streamline processes, eliminate non-value-added tasks, and foster knowledge capitalisation
- Value-add properties acquisition - Housing improvement definition & renovation works before resale
- Manage portfolio of Upgrade projects in front of customers (accountable for 50 airlines accounts, 70 concurrent projects up to $12M) - Raise Technical offer with various stakeholders to answer customer needs, cost and lead-time - Support Airbus material and engineering teams during production phase - Provide daily support to customers (webex, email, meetings) until project closure
Creation and customisation of operational documentation: FCOM, MEL, QRH, OM. Main customers : Air Caraïbes, French Bee, French Government Creation and update of Aircraft Handling Manual for Air Belgium.
- In charge of creation, update & management of operationnal documentation (FCOM, QRH, MEL, AFM, WBM). Fleet size of 110 aircrafts - Provide assistance and answers to Vueling flight crews about documentation - Route studies - Depressurization studies
