SmartCard connectors manufacturing (Mechanical and Chemical processes) Responsabilities : - Management of 4 plants : 2 in France (250 + 70 FTE), 1 in Singapore (350 FTE), 1 in Netherland (65 FTE) and 1 in Germany (50 FTE) - Management of Support Services Team (Lean manufacturing, Process Engineering and Quality) acting at the Business Unit level (6 plants, China, Netherland, France, Singapore, 1000 FTE, 230 M€) - Direct Management of Mantes-La-Jolie Site (250 FTE) : Management of the Site Committee team across all factory functions (Production, Quality, Technical Services, Supply Chain, Process, Human Ressources, Finance, Lean)
