Acteur engagé de la transition énergétique, spécialisé dans les Energies Marines Renouvelables et les projets de transport innovants. Fort de 20 ans d’expérience dans les industries aéronautique, nucléaire et éolienne offshore, j'ai occupé des postes stratégiques en gestion de la qualité, sécurité, environnement (QHSE) et en conduite de projets. En tant que Wind Offshore Senior Project Quality Leader pour GE, j'ai eu l'opportunité de contribuer activement à la réalisation du premier parc éolien offshore français avec EDF, une expérience enrichissante sur le plan technologique et humain, marquée par la gestion des risques, la collaboration avec de multiples partenaires, et le respect des exigences environnementales et sociales. J’ai conduit des projets d’envergure où l’alliance entre innovation industrielle et durabilité était au cœur de chaque décision. Ces projets ont permis d’optimiser les coûts, de garantir la protection des collaborateurs et de réduire les impacts environnementaux. Cette expérience dans des environnements à haute complexité technologique m’a permis de développer une capacité d’adaptation, un sens aigu de la rigueur, et une créativité essentielle à la réussite des projets. Je place la collaboration et l’engagement des équipes au centre de ma méthode de travail, tout en encourageant l'autonomie et la responsabilisation des collaborateurs. Aujourd'hui, je souhaite poursuivre cette dynamique en mettant à profit mes compétences en gestion de la qualité et des risques QHSE pour participer au développement des Energies Marines Renouvelables (éolien offshore, hydrolien) et des solutions de transport durables. Mon objectif est de m'impliquer dans des projets qui intègrent les enjeux territoriaux, en concertation avec tous les acteurs, afin de contribuer efficacement à la transition énergétique.

▪ ISO 9001 first certification on the new version 2015 for the business (3 sites SN, BCN, NTE - First Renewable business certified) ▪ Integration from Alstom to GE processes ▪ Development and drive department QMS autonomy. (1 QMS in every main department). RASCI (>25) & SIPOC methodology deployed ▪ Reporting: Conduct Monthly Quality meetings (incl. Global Balance Score Card) and Quality Management Reviews with Staff leaders ▪ Implement new TRS process in Offshore with 1st TCP pilote for Maryland (5 M€), develop new TRS portal with Tier1 support, drive TRS event and hold topic to the LCB for decision to avoid TRS escape (500k€). Project management methodology based on 6 sigma/Lean & Analysis of Risks & Opportunities Project - Functional management (8) ▪ Multi Generation Project Plan: « Remove the HFNO3 pickling before final heat treatment » First investment of the plant (2,5 M€) Industrial buildings, driving of industrial design (CAD) with specific partnership, and training of production and maintenance operators Project presented to the Executive Manager AREVA Board (EMB) and awarded during AREVA AWARDS 2013 ▪ Redesign of packaging to reduce claims relating to transport, reducing budget to 100k€ (1/3 of the annual budget) ▪ Deployment of the 5S methodology on the entire site → 100 areas labeled 5S
Responsible for integrated certification QHSE Site SEVESO low threshold - Direct management (5) ▪ QHSE management systems renewal certification, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 during external audits in 2009 and 2012 ▪ Customer relations through the management of more than 50 international customers audits ▪ Responsible for Treatment and operational management of non-conformities process, technical exceptions, customer claims, and analysis of internal incidents (including analysis of organizational and human factors), feedback of experience ▪ Management of the surveillance team: control of end product, process control, follow-up continuous improvement actions ▪ Responsible for the Division Zirconium and AREVA corporate reporting KPIs and reporting KPIs of system and surveillance team within QHSE department (including Cost for Quality, NCRs) ▪ Relations Manager DREAL (REACH compliance, ministerial exemption 30/06/2006, management of financial guarantees, etc)
