Management, follow-up and analysis of a Project Portfolio (BD Telecom Satellite) - Payload - Cost Controlling: Budget, Variances, Forecast - Financial Analysis: EAC (Estimate at Completion), Sales, Expenses, Gross Margin, Cash Flow, Forex-Hedging requests - Monthly reports for Central Finance: Activity's presentation, Achievement of Milestones, Financial Risks and Opportunities related to the project - Process Improvement Lead: Optimization of existing tools, development of new Controlling tools and new Process, Implementation accross the organisation - Controlling, Evaluation of Risks & Opportunities and taking Correctives actions - Follow of the Project and the project team (Managing the control of Resources, forecast, Scheduling optimization) - Suppliers analysis; Analysis of Non Quality Cost & Reporting to management; Suppliers’ relations & equipments delivery optimization - Participation to the Suppliers’ negotiations during kick off and close-out activity, Contractual follow-up and Suppliers Payments - Working in an International Environment: (Between UK & FR) - Reporting the activity and trying to improve the transparence between different sites. - Interlocutor with the Management of the Business Division.
