Apprenticeship at Radiall as a Product Development Engineer Apprentice for 3 years, as part of my General Engineering studies at ICAM. During this period, my missions will be diverse, including : - Responding to Requests for Proposal by providing technical support and contributing to proposal development. - Technical support to the engineering office in India, ensuring follow-up and assistance on various technical topics. - Updating technical datasheets for cables, connectors, and assemblies to ensure the reliability of information. - Evaluating and qualifying product evolutions and supplier changes to ensure compliance and performance of solutions. - Supporting the improvement of engineering tools by participating in simplification projects and “bottom-up” AMCO initiatives. Participating in pre-project phases by exploring innovative solutions and assessing technological opportunities. - Analyzing specifications and verifying compliance of results with defined requirements. - Managing technical risks by identifying potential issues and implementing action plans and validation processes. - Conducting technology watch and competitive analysis (patents, technical documentation, products) to contribute to innovation and the development of new patents.
Internship from Monday, August 5, 2024 to Friday, August 30, 2024 : - Participated in on-site interventions at a major pharmaceutical laboratory to train operators on the use of marking equipment - Assisted in the repair of industrial marking machines - Retrieved and prepared technical parts from storage to support repair operations
Internship from Monday, May 27, 2024 to Friday, July 12, 2024 : - Manage the spare parts inventory, including high-value items such as pins and parts worth €750K - Participate in SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Deadlines, Personnel) meetings within the department - Write preventive maintenance procedures (level 2) and corrective maintenance procedures - Track recurring failures and manage QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) meetings at level 1
Internship from Monday, October 16, 2023 to Friday, October 27, 2023 : - First experience as an operator on various production lines in an industrial environment, primarily in the bursting workshop (cylinder testing). - I primarily worked on the testing of gas cylinders. Specifically, we retrieved a small percentage of cylinders to test and pressurize them with water to assess whether gas cylinders from a specific year are still structurally sound.
