I am a Managing Director and Senior Partner, and I lead Boston Consulting Group’s (BCG) business in Europe, Middle East, South America & Africa BCG is a leading management consultant firm with over 90 offices in more than 50 countries around the world with 20,000+ talented individuals, partnering with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. My client work focuses on high-impact change programs for clients in the building materials, metals and mining, and chemical industries. Examples include digital transformations, M&A situations, and postmerger integrations, as well as stand-alone transformation programs. In addition, I have also worked extensively with private equity firms. I grew up near the Alps, so I enjoy any and all activities that involve the mountains in my free time, whether it’s hiking in the summer or skiing in the winter (if the weather is right).
I am responsible for BCG's operations in Europe, the Middle East, South America and Africa, reporting to BCG's global CEO.
As Head of BCG in Europe, Middle East, South America & Africa, I am a member of BCG's global operating committee, BCG's 14 person body which is chaired by BCG's CEO and meets regularly to make decisions regarding the operations of the firm.
As Head of BCG in Europe, the Middle East, South America and Africa, I am a member of BCG's Executive Committee, where I work with the CEO and other committee members to oversee Governance, Risk Management and Strategy.
