• Function responsibility for 4 cluster members (2 recruiters and 2 recruiting coordinators) • Key touch point for the Business and internal stakeholders in the respective job families • Accountable for hiring overviews - keeping track of hiring targets and capacity • Ensure data quality, and keeping a track of KPI, SLA's • Responsible for Cluster Meetings/stand-ups and 1:1s with my cluster • Participation in CR wide projects /initiatives • Guiding the cluster on a day to day basis on issue resolutions
• Managing end-to-end recruiting process for Product Design at Zalando such as consulting of hiring managers, defining job requirements, preparation, and placing of job advertisements, identification of the right recruiting channels, handling of applicant management including pre-selection • Leading the Talent Acquisition Lab (a recruiter-driven community exploring talent acquisition, hiring, and knowledge sharing) • Executing the Zalando's Tech talent acquisition, sourcing and talent branding strategy • Managing Zalando's Tech recruiting channels with data-driven solutions and automating processes • Utilizing application tracking system (Greenhouse), process enhancements, and analytic capabilities to achieve efficiencies in recruiting activities • Creating candidate experience for moments that matter
