About

From strategy to performance. From complexity to clarity. For 25 years that's been my work in private markets — building, growing, and transforming platforms, teams, and governance that turn disciplined capital into durable value across cycles. That work took me from M&A advisory to structuring and executing infrastructure transactions across Europe and North America to driving the build-out of one of the DACH region's leading private markets platforms. As Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Golding, I led investment strategy, portfolio construction, and risk governance across Private Equity, Private Credit, and Infrastructure — overseeing €15bn+ in assets under management and chairing the Investment Committee. A few things I'm proud of: • Built Golding's infrastructure practice from the ground up in 2011 • Pioneered the firm's first co-investment fund and first multi-asset managed account • Built and embedded the ESG team and a platform-wide framework for sustainable performance. • Drove Golding's transformation into a transaction-oriented private markets investment house The work I do best sits where investing meets building: making decisions with real capital at stake, and creating the teams, processes, and governance that let an organization make good investments repeatedly. I've spent my career as a trusted counterpart to institutional investors, principals, the public sector and family offices — focused on long-term value rather than short-term optimization. Beyond the investment side, I lead as a corporate manager: running a 220+ person, five-office organization with full P&L and fiduciary responsibility as Managing Partner, IC Chair, and CSSF-approved Fund Director. A PhD in Corporate Finance underpins the analytical rigor; what ties it together is investment judgment, institutional governance, and operational leadership in one profile — not one at the expense of the others. I'm now exploring CEO, CIO, and Board opportunities within long-term capital platforms. If you're building, scaling, or governing an institutional investment business — or looking for an independent voice on an investment committee or board — I'd welcome a conversation.
