Greater Bielefeld Area
At Arvato, I am responsible for defining and managing global communications strategy, company-wide storytelling and corporate positioning across regions and industries. This includes corporate PR and thought leadership, executive communications and visibility, digital and social communications, web platforms, brand governance and employee communications worldwide. In close partnership with the CEO and leadership teams, I drive strategic clarity and executive alignment. I translate ambition into priorities, decisions into alignment and positioning into visibility. My mandate also includes supporting transformation initiatives, driving change and adoption, and contributing to the success of post-merger integrations by ensuring focus, coherence and execution discipline. My objective is to ensure that strategy, narrative, reputation and execution reinforce each other. I see communication as a leadership instrument. It defines relevance, shapes perception and enables performance. In complex, fast-moving environments, clarity is a competitive advantage. My work is about creating that clarity and making it actionable at scale. Focus areas: • Executive communication and leadership alignment • Corporate positioning and narrative architecture • Company-wide storytelling and thought leadership • Digital reach and brand governance • Transformation, change management and post-merger integration • Measurable communication impact
As Head of Corporate Communications, I am responsible for how Arvato is positioned, understood and led through communication – internally and externally. My role is to ensure that strategic priorities are translated into clarity, that leadership communication is consistent, and that decisions are explainable and credible across the organization. Communication serves as a management discipline to align direction, leadership intent and execution. I work closely with the CEO and the management team to shape narratives, position the company clearly and support effective leadership during transformation. The goal is not more communication, but better alignment – so that strategy can be executed with focus and trust.
As Chief of Staff to the CEO, I am responsible for clarity, structure and execution at the top-management level. My role is to make strategic topics decision-ready, sharpen priorities and ensure that the most critical initiatives are driven forward with focus and momentum. I structure complex issues, coordinate key stakeholders and ensure alignment between strategy, decisions and execution. The focus is less on operational management and more on clarity, accountability and progress along the CEO’s strategic agenda. As a close sparring partner to the CEO, I operate at the intersection of strategy and organization. The objective is to create orientation, accelerate decision-making and sustain momentum – so that strategic ambition is translated into effective action.
As Management Associate to the CEO, I directly support the CEO and contribute to the efficient and smooth running of the company. I am responsible for a variety of tasks, including conducting research, analysing data, preparing presentations and reports, and coordinating projects. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
