I lead a team of Staffing Managers and Partner Manager, driving workforce strategy and scalable staffing operations for teams supporting global brands including BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Škoda, Deutsche Telekom, E.ON, McDonald's, and Samsung. Partnering closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, HR, and Discipline Leads, I align workforce planning with business strategy, balancing internal talent, freelance, and near-/offshore resources to meet evolving client demand. By forecasting capacity, identifying risks early, and enabling informed headcount and investment decisions, I help ensure the right expertise is in place at the right time. Supporting sustainable growth, operational excellence, and outstanding client delivery.
Led strategic workforce planning and staffing across all Interone locations, managing partnerships with nearshore and offshore vendors and building collaborative structures across the Omnicom network of partner agencies to ensure the right expertise was in place at the right time. Introduced data-driven forecasting methods to anticipate staffing needs, laying the groundwork for scalable staffing processes and more efficient resource allocation. Worked closely with client leadership, Finance, the Board, and HR to align resourcing with business priorities. The foundation for my current role leading capacity planning across multiple OPMG agencies at a larger scale.

I drove digital transformation initiatives, established working models and operational flows, and implemented scalable processes across all areas from finance to people and talent management. I gained extensive experience driving strategic initiatives for clients in the automotive (Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge), energy (E.ON), and other industries across the EU market, collaborating closely with international stakeholders and reporting directly to C-level executives to deliver innovative solutions and measurable results.
