Leading operations for the Direct Fulfilment and Access Point businesses for EU, covering strategy, transportation execution, performance, costs, new carrier & service launches, carrier negotiations, initiatives reducing the carrier onboarding time for new vendors.
Leading the Central EU delivery service providers (DSP) team for Amazon Logistics, I’m responsible for the strategy and direction for Amazon’s Operations for DSP requirements.
