- Leading the development department for industrial gas burners. - Holding area and safety responsibility for two development laboratories. - Managing a product portfolio generating multi million annual revenue. - Planning and executing the implementation of a hydrogen production facility. - Conducting international travel to company sites, customers, and suppliers. - Delivering technical lectures at universities and international conferences.
- Leading an international new product development initiative, responsible for the gate‑stage process and coordination of all involved disciplines. - Coordinating the expansion of the development center, from budget approval through to final construction acceptance. - Contributing to the establishment of a production facility in China. - Supporting the relocation of a development department and production operations from the Netherlands to Slovakia.
