--- DEMAIC --- 2,5 y since start. Wow what a complex story with a runtime of 5 y. I recently recaped some thing: 300 people in ste stakeholder list, about 50 with real acrions, A vast amount of >900 slides. Now it's oranzized and layed out. Finally entering the I-phase. Let's do a time jump >40 years for competeness. If all runs well, it will last 30+ years again. - I did not expected that complexity. The leasiest is the technology, the hardest to organzie the change. --- Currently (update: 23.
